Goooood Morning!
I just love mornings…they’re so great. I kicked mine off in my absolute favorite way:

Coffee and a good book. Doesn’t get much better than that, does it? P.S. – If you haven’t read it? The Hour I First Believed by Wally Lamb. Buy it. Read it. Love it. It’s fantastic.
I wasn’t very hungry right upon waking up this morning because I broke into two more of my trail mix cookies last night

I’m definitely going to be making these again soon…SO GOOD.
When I finally felt hunger arrive I scrambled up some egg whites and threw them into a Joseph’s pita -

I ate this while I sipped the rest of my coffee -

Delish.
Mike and I never got to our errands last night so we’re planning to head out soon for them. We had to hold off since he has some VERY IMPORTANT fantasy moves to make before 1pm. Wouldn’t want to interfere with that!
Enjoy your Sundays everybody!

What a good morning!! I am so glad for the good book rec – I have been looking for a good read lately.
Our Sundays always involve Meeker’s fantasy football strategizing.
Enjoy the rest of your day, friend!

Ah! Katie! I can always give you books. I’m obsessed with them. By Wally Lamb you should read “She’s Come Undone” “I Know This Much is True” and this one. There’s so many others I can give you too!!
And I know – sometimes I have to remind Mike that this is REAL life, not fantasy. He’s in like 18 different leagues!!
Hope you had fun at the game!!

I loved his two first books but hated that one for some reason! I’m glad you are enjoying it though. Have you read the others?

I could definitely do without the letters portion (of both this and “I Know This Much is True”) but so much I like this one as much as IKTMIT! I can’t wait to finish, I’m like 100 pages away and trying to figure out what the deal is with these babies!!

I love savoring my coffee on weekend mornings, too! Monday – Friday, I’m gulping it down as I run out the door!

Ooooh a new Wally Lamb book? I LOVED I know this much is true and have been looking for another book by him to read. I’ll have to check it out!

Caroline – I’d recommend this one and “She’s Come Undone” – both AWESOME reads!
