Stress-Relieving Run

I started the morning off with an awesome stress-relieving run and it felt great! Hopefully it carries over into the day so I can keep my cool despite how crazy things get! :D

I followed my run up with a quick bowl of Kashi Go Lean, a soy cafe au lait and an orange. Perfection. Have a great Tuesday everyone!

    I didn’t get a chance to go get my red cup yesterday! Maybe today there will be a spare 15 minutes. :-)

      Oh no! Sad. I hope you get it today :) Hahah and I hear ya on the biggest loser, I’m the same way! And I think about it all night long after (okay – for like the 10 more minutes that I’m awake after it ends…but it still counts!)

    This is a beautiful blog. I really love the inspiring pictures and daily accounts of healthy eating. The combination of whole foods and exercise is a dynamite health and happiness enhancer. Remember that as we exercise more it can become even more important that we eat well. That way our bodies have a much better ability to repair and recharge. The result is stress relief, vibrant health and inner happiness and joy with life. Thanks again for the wonderful day by day inspiration on how to really live better.
