Gooood Evening!
And what a truly good evening it is! I LOVE knowing that I don’t have to go into work tomorrow! \/
This afternoon I came home and laid down for a bit (that run really did kick my butt!). When I woke up I was feeling snacky so I busted out another 100-calorie almond pack -
You can REALLY taste the cocoa on this. It’s amazing. Undocumented were 2 christmas cookies and a chocolate covered pretzel. Totally forgot to photo – sorry!
When 8pm rolled around I was finally hungry enough for dinner and decided to take the easy way out -
Re-heated cheese pizza and a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette
This totally hit the spot. I swear pizza just gets better and better every time I eat it!
And I’m LOVING my new balsamic vinaigrette dressing…it tastes just like the kind Bocca serves!
I think it’s Cindy’s Kitchen? I’ll have to check on that for ya.
I’m now hunkered down on the couch and trying to work up the nerve to watch the LAST episode of True Blood Season One. I hope I’m brave enough because I really want to know if my guess as to who the killer is is right!

I LOVE those cocoa covered almonds – my parents always have them when I go home and I head straight for the container when I go visit.
Also, I JUST finished Everwood today! I am so sad it’s over…all 4 seasons went too fast! I love Amy, Ephriam, Hannah, Bright, Dr. Abbot, Dr. Brown, Nina…all of them. I feel like I am losing friends now that the season is over…so pathetic.

HAHAH! KATIE!! We are the same person! That’s exactly how I feel every time I end a DVD series! How sad are we? And how much do we need to move closer and be best friends!? Haha. WE COULD EAT COCOA COVERED ALMONDS TOGETHER ALL DAY LONG!!

I don’t know – believe it or not I’ve still been too scared to watch it!! Haha. I think I’m going to try to watch it today during the day in the hopes that I’ll be less scared
