Kodiak Cakes at Target!

1 · Jun 3, 2012 · 10 Comments

Well I didn’t get the run in but we had a pretty productive day nonetheless!

Before we headed out I packed us up a quick lunch so that we wouldn’t have to spend money on feeding ourselves while we have a fridge packed with food!

I took three slices of Applegate Farms Roasted Turkey Breast and folded them into a Stonefire Whole Grain pita.

I then piled in lettuce, avocado and mustard.

I couldn’t decide which part of this I liked best, the stuffing or the pillowy soft pita!  Both were delicious.

On the side a big yellow peach:

Dinner was just as simple.

I took the leftover naan from our night out at Copper and made it into a mini pizza for us!

Half marinara with mozzarella and half pesto with mozzarella.

Hard to choose which one I liked better.

Last but certainly not least – the awesome folks over at Kodiak Cakes emailed me to let me know that they’re now offered at Target!!

And the best part of all?  They’re allowing me to share a coupon with you all to save $1.00 on the box!

Just print out the above coupon, take it to your local Target and you’ll be pouring syrup over a fresh stack before you can say “yum” 🙂

Kodiak Cakes are the best pancake mix in the world because they’re easily doable for breakfast even on a busy weekday.  All you have to do is add water!

To see all the great ways I’ve used them in the past, click here.

Off to enjoy the rest of what’s left of this weekend!

I have never ever tried Kodiak cakes but pancake breakfasts are some of my favorites! I saw at our local Big Lots they had kodiak brownie mix for like $2. Have you ever tried that???
