What’s In a Name?

…or in this case, what’s in a bowl!?

IMG 9371

Despite this guy being a soup bowl, I hardly ever use it for that.

IMG 9372

More often than not, into this little guy goes things like yogurt, fruit and oatmeal.

Can you guess what it contained this morning?

Peach Oat Crumble!

Into the bowl went:

  • 1/3 cup Trader Joe’s Rolled Oats
  • 1 diced yellow peach
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Topped with:

  • LoveGrown Simply Oats Granola
  • Trader Joe’s Sunflower Seed Butter

Such an amazing combination of flavors.

Off to take my coffee and dig into my pile of GRE homework!

    Pretty + healthy food!

Always say YES to peaches. Last week we had a half dozen white peaches …. they were so good and perfectly sweet. Gotta stock-up again.

Cait …. love those cute spoons.
