Craving

I went to bed thinking about this breakfast.

I dreamt about it while I slept.

And I woke up at the crack of dawn excited to eat it.

Now that’s a craving!

And this, my friends, was a breakfast.

Simple in it’s execution and delicious in it’s taste.

I did the same thing last night. To the point where I couldn’t sleep – I seriously almost got up and made a mini-breakfast as a 1am snack. 🙂

I always wonder how you eat this wonderfully made yet very full concoctions?! How do you not spill it everywhere when diving in??

Haha – you caught me! I usually dump it into a bowl after I take the pictures 😉

I was going to ask the same thing – ah, it would be just as pretty to photograph in a bowl – and easier! There might be a lot of people trying to replicate “what Cait did” and having a hard time! 🙂

Hmm, if you’re dreaming of breakfast then you may need to eat more the day/night before…

Haha that’s a good point! I do *sometimes* manage to eat it parfait style…depending on the class I make it in so it’s not a total sham 😉 I promise to do it in a bowl next time!

And I pretty much always dream of food, full, hungry or in between! I just love it!

I love granola parfaits! You’re not alone in dreaming of breakfasts. I think eating breakfast is the only thing that drives me out of bed.
