So guys.
It’s December!!!
I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve had to sit down and address it on the blog.
Our tree is up. ย Holiday movies/TV shows are being watched and Christmas music has been played.
I honestly don’t know how it’s already December, but I’ll take it!
I’m 3 finals away from the end of my semester and I couldn’t be more excited for the break.
Let me tell you something…grad school is NOT college. ย Where I found myself wishing college would last forever, with grad school I just feel ready to make what I’m studying my career already!
Despite that though, I’m trying to make sure I remember to appreciate the experience, because unless I go back for my doctorate, I’ll never be in this situation again.
Anyway, given that I’m just 3 finals away from the end of the semester and will be facing a good amount of time off, I decided it would be a good time to try to get back to blogging my meals.
A part of me really misses it! ย It motivated me to get creative in the kitchen and I could go for a little of that motivation again.
So with that, let’s get this December challenge started with a festively delicious breakfast –
Into the bowl went:
- 1/2 cup vanilla Chobani
- Sliced strawberries
- Crazy Richard’s chunky peanut butter (my latest obsession)
- Granola
And of course a hot mug of coffee on the side…
A perfect way to kick off my day full of studying!!
So good to hear from you Ms. Cait! Miss you lady and glad to hear things are going well. Oh and I can’t tell you how much I miss your beautiful breakfast bowls. Thank God for Instagram! ๐
Haha aw thank you Lauren! I miss you guys too! It’s crazy not having time to read/comment on and blog myself!
I LOVE that bowl! SO cute! And seriously, that peanut butter looks like a small scoop of peanut butter ice cream. A girl can dream, right? ๐
Hahah – totally! That may have to really happen someday ๐
I missed your posts! I know what you mean about break, I CANNOT wait! I’m one of those weirdos in college that does not want to stay here forever. I can’t wait to graduate, either. ๐
Hahah – I’m sure I felt that way towards the end of college too, but the first two years I was all about it! ๐ One semester into grad school and I’m already ready!
your pics are looking better than ever! glad you’re back. Hope school is going well. I am in finals too ๐
Aw thank you! It’s strange having to get back into the swing of things with the pictures – I’m not used to it anymore. Good luck with your finals!!
Yay I love seeing your meals! And your pictures are awesome. ๐
Aw thank you! You’re too sweet ๐
Loving your Christmas bowl and cup! Saaa cute!
