Peanut Butter

0 · May 4, 2012 · 10 Comments

I was so excited to put my NAG winnings from Lauren’s giveaway to use this morning!

I received both a Peanut Butter and Fruit & Nut bar – both of which I could barely wait to break into!

Ultimately though I chose to go with a little of the Peanut Butter crumbled on top of my Apple Peanut Butter Oats.

It made for the perfect compliment to the bowl.

Apple Peanut Butter Oats:

  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 apple diced
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
All put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes.

Topped with 1/3 crumbled Nuts About Granola Peanut Butter bar and a spoonful of natural peanut butter.

Coffee on the side:

Happy Friday everyone!

This looks delicious! Especially since I cannot eat oatmeal without some crunch!
