Description
these white chocolate cranberry cookies are a must for my family during the holiday season. made with just 12 ingredients and done in about 10 minutes, they’re as delicious as they are easy to make!

- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour (all-purpose works here as well!)
- 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Beat butter and sugars with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla, mixing well until combined, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon with the mixer on medium speed.
- Beat in oats. Mix until dough comes together. Add in 1 tablespoon milk if the dough is crumbly.
- If dough is still crumbly, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it comes together.
- Gently fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Roll into big 1 inch balls.
- Set on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silpat, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Notes
- Cookies will keep in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature or 1-2 months in a freezer safe bag or container in the freezer.
