Smooth Finish

0 · Jun 12, 2012 · 2 Comments

Tiring day!  I’m climbing into bed as soon as possible.

Actually, that’s a lie – I’m blogging from bed!

Lunch was delicious.

A huge salad with:

  • Mixed greens
  • Baby carrots
  • Walnuts
  • Craisins
  • Grilled chicken strips
  • Avocado

Topped with olive oil and vinegar.

Then it was study, study, study.

Quick 5.5 fartlek run:

Finished off with a smoothie:

2012 06 12 19 28 50

This was a Protein Blast smoothie – strawberries, banana, soymilk, apple, honey, protein and body boost.

Not sure what all that means but the one thing I do know is that it was delicious…and WAY more filling than I was expecting.

Now it’s off to do one more GRE chapter and then sleep!
