Sweaty Mess

Another 5.5 miles in the books!

I was a sweaty mess afterward.

And this hot hot heat has definitely gotten to my appetite.  The whole run I barely felt like my lunch was digested.

Which meant come dinner time, all I really wanted was another smoothie:

I went with the Protein Blast smoothie again – strawberries, banana, soymilk, apple, honey, protein and body boost.

Hit the spot.

Time to relax!

That looks delicious! Is Carolina Smoothies a franchise by any chance? Do you think we might have it in Ohio? I’m always looking for new smoothie places!

AH! I had no idea they had more stores…I wonder if they’re connected or not? Either way – AWESOME smoothies!
