One-Pot Wonder

Evening!

Clara was my constant buddy by my side all afternoon while I hit the study books.

I was really dedicated and actually felt like I understood some of the math section this time which was quite a relief!

I never really had a formal lunch, just some snacks in between studying. ย Crackers, cheese, apple slices, etc.

Dinner was Martha-inspired!

I got this email in my inbox the other day and knew immediately that I was going to be making it!

My sister and I went to the grocery store, got what we needed then got to work!

We subbed zucchini for the snow peas – just a taste preference!

    Yum looks delicious!!

By the way your breakfast this morning looked so good!! You mentioned you love the maranatha sunflower seed butter, how is the taste? Is it different from the trader Joe’s Brand. I once bought unsweetned/unsalted sunbutter and it had a very bitter after taste.

Thanks Cait! Glad that GRE studying went well today ๐Ÿ™‚ Keep up the good work!

It’s definitely different – I find it to be less sweet but I kind of like that.

Lauren actually did a great comparison of the different kinds here: http://www.saywhatyouneedtosayblog.com/2012/04/17/nut-butter-contenders/

I am all about the one-pot-wonder meals. More than two pans needed? Those recipes don’t appear too often in my kitchen lol.

Hahaha I know exactly. I’m the same way. If it’s easy with minimal clean up, I’m all about it ๐Ÿ™‚

Reminds me of a Dish I created called “Pasta de Luv”

Cut up Fresh Tomatoes (maybe 6 to 8 Roma, or 4 or 5 Beat Tomatoes), and Cook them with Frozen Peas, Fresh Garlic, Olive Oil and White Wine…

Once the Garlic is Cooked, it should be done

Pour it over Pasta, and Hit it with a Bunch of Feta Cheese…

The Feta is Essential, or it won’t have a lot of taste… But with the Feta on it, is Addictive/Amazing… I Highly Recommend it
