Have to be Careful

It’s been a homemade bread type of day for me!

First with breakfast and now with lunch.

You can’t beat it when it’s fresh like this, so I try to use it as quickly as possible.

After that it’s freeze + toast to enjoy πŸ™‚

I had a nice tuna sandwich for lunch today. Β

I go in and out of tuna phases…I’m “in” one right now, so this was greatly enjoyed. Β But I have to be careful – I find it’s really easy to overdo it with tuna for me so I need to be scrupulous when it comes to eating it. Β Once I get sick of it…that’s it for a LONG while.

A red pear and baby carrots on the side:

Quick and filling – which is just what I need during these study days!

We’re planning naan pizzas for dinner – excited!!

If we have homemade bread in the house, it lasts for approximately 3 seconds before we eat it all. Every meal.

Hahaha yup! For us too πŸ™‚ That’s why we should all just live together, eat bread and call it a day.

I love tunafish!! I make mine chalked full of good stuff! I mix it with Fage (instead of mayonnaise), celery, apple, walnuts, and dill relish. I love love love it. I don’t usually get sick of it but there are other foods that I can get on kicks with and then I burn myself out for a long time. Like acorn squash. Seriously one winter I ate it almost every night for dinner and I got so sick of it that now, almost 3 years later, I still cant look at it without cringing.

Oooh I LOVE the apple and walnut addition! I definitely want to try that! And hahaha – I hate when that happens! I always try to be so cautious of doing that with my favorite foods. I did it this winter with overnight oats and can barely choke them down anymore which makes me SO sad.

I definitely go through tuna phases too but I’m careful not to overdo it. One time I was in such a phase that I think it made me sick. Too much tuna is not good…
