Continuing this Lunchbox series for post #3!

I’ll feature dietitian-approved packed lunches that hopefully give you a little inspiration for your next packed lunch!

In each lunchbox lunch, I’ll aim to include a whole grain, lean protein (including dairy), healthy fat, fruit and/or vegetable.  Exactly the same way I structure my meals in the Daily Meal Plan series.

Today’s Lunchbox: Black bean and cheese quesadilla with plain greek yogurt, avocado (not pictured) and salsa for dipping plus blackberries and tri-colored mini peppers.the lunchbox series - dietitian-approved packed lunches that will make you look forward to your lunch break! // cait's plate mini tri-colored peppers
