Breakfast Comes Sooner

0 · May 30, 2012 · 6 Comments

Gooooood morning!

I didn’t sleep so well last night – my patterns have just been thrown off a bit, probably from all the travel.

The good thing about not sleeping so well?  It means that breakfast comes sooner!

I made a grocery store run yesterday and stocked up on all kinds of fruit – I’m so glad stone fruit is back!

I broke out a white flesh nectarine this morning and decided to add it to a waffle stack –

My last two waffles…time to re-stock after this!

I took two Trader Joe’s multigrain waffles and toasted them up then layered them with 0% plain greek yogurt that I mixed with 1 tbsp. chia seeds…

I played the diced white flesh nectarine in between each layer and then topped it all off with Biscoff spread!

Good to the last bite!

Washed down with coffee.

I’m catching up on last night’s Real Housewives of Orange County now…these people are crazy!!
