DAILY MEAL PLAN:

Breakfast: Museli and yogurt bowl with fruit and sliced almonds

Product suggestions:
Yogurt: Fage, Trader Joe’s, Siggi’s
Museli: Trader Joe’s, Michele’s Granola

Lunch: Vegetarian Brown Rice Sushi with Edamame and a piece of fruit

Product suggestions:
Sushi: Wegman’s, Whole Foods or takeout from your favorite local sushi shop
Edamame: Any frozen non-salted brand at your local store should do

Snack: Whole Grain Cereal with Milk

Product suggestions:
Cereal: Barbara’s Morning Oat Crunch, Kashi GoLean

Dinner: Chicken sausage on whole wheat buns with corn on the cob and broccoli

Product suggestions:
Chicken sausage: Aidells, Applegate Farms
Whole wheat hot dog buns: Nature’s Own, Rudi’s, Vermont Bread Company
