Dancing Dirty

It’s Friday and you know what that means…

Pizza and Movie night!

2012 05 18 21 03 26

I ran a quick 3 miles and then walked 1 this afternoon so that I could be all set and ready to go when Chad got home.

When he did we made our picks (whole wheat margherita (roma tomatoes, fresh house-made mozzarella and basil) for me and barbeque chicken for him), called in the order and then we were off to pick it up!

We chose to go to Brixx Pizza – it’s our go-to for not-so-greasy-semi-healthy pizza.

A quick car ride and we were home and ready to eat!

I got a Brixx Salad (fresh spring mix with pistachios, croutons tossed with house-made balsamic vinaigrette dressing)  to start and get those missing veggies into my day and boy did it taste good!

Just goes to show your body knows what it needs to operate optimally!

The huge hunk of foccacia bread that came on the side wasn’t all that bad either 😉

But the real show stealer was my pizza:

Delicious.

Movie of the night?

And no! I’d never seen it! It was such a travesty! Luckily I’m now fully versed and already obsessed. As soon as it ended I said “Should we watch it all over again!?” Haha.

We dont have a Brixx anywhere near me but it looks delicious! Fresh pizza is always so much better than like generic Pizza hut or something! I have also never seen dirty dancing! Everyone is shocked when I tell them that but for some reason I just never had the immense desire. Hopefully you enjoyed your night 🙂
