Easy Evening

0 · Jun 1, 2012 · 12 Comments

The rest of the afternoon went just swimmingly.

I headed to the gym and knocked out 3 miles then came back home to a snack…

…and an awaiting Clara:

They’re predicting storms for us later so when Chad got home we immediately headed out on a walk with her to tire her out!

When we got back, my afternoon snack had officially worn off and I was ready for dinner!

Chad and I always do pizza + movie night on Fridays and tonight was the easiest one we’ve done yet because we were able to use what was leftover from Monday night:

Roasted veggie with fresh mozzarella on whole wheat crust from Fuel.

I gobbled up 3 pieces and am now on the hunt for some dessert! 🙂

Happy Friday everyone!

    Hey Cait,

How do you store your nut butters? (on the countertop or in the fridge?) I worry about it going rancid but I’ve noticed that some nut butters like TJ’s sunflower harden up quite a bit in the fridge and I prefer nut butters to be drippy.

    Happy Weekend! 🙂

I usually keep them in the pantry but I actually just put these in the fridge. But I agree, I normally prefer them room temperature and a little soft. I’ve never had a problem with them going back this way though so I think you’ll be okay!

      Happy weekend to you too!

Fuel is a must when we come to Charlotte in June. We always go there since it’s across from where we stay. I hear they have gluten free crust and that makes it a definite must have! So good!
