IN A FLASH

0 · Dec 13, 2012 · 13 Comments

The afternoon flew by in a flash!

I threw together a quick burrito bowl for lunch –

In it I put:

  • Brown rice
  • Corn
  • Black beans
  • Homemade guacamole
  • Salsa
And on the side I had some blue corn chips –

Then after I had digested a bit, I took a nice long walk (a little under 4.5 miles)…and actually had to bundle up for the first time!

I followed my walk up with a nice 20 minutes of yoga.

I snack on a pear with some crunchy peanut butter and then before I knew it, it was 7pm!

We headed out to a local place right near us for dinner.  I started with a salad and then got a chicken sandwich which came with parmesan fries.

Apologies for the horrendous pictures…the lighting was awful.

Oh and I also did another #throwbackthursday cause I think they’re just so stinkin’ fun.

My sister Courtney and I on Christmas morning waiting for Dad to pass out the presents!

And with that, I’m off to crawl into bed!!

That cold weather was a rude awakening here this week! I miss our SoCal-esque temps.

Hahah – being from the northeast I’m happy about it – but there were definitely a lot of people that were with you on that!
