Chicken tacos for dinner!
After lunch I did a quick 20 minutes of yoga just to break up the studying monotony.
I’m determined to get back into the yoga groove. Hopefully after this test working out, eating, sleeping…showering () will all return to more regular schedule.
For now though? I take what I can get.
And if “what I can get” includes chicken tacos? Then I’d say things are pretty darn good.
I grilled up then sliced two boneless, skinless chicken breasts –
Then put all the fixin’s out –
Grilled chicken, Trader Joe’s Low-Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas, Homemade Guacamole, Trader 0% Joe’s Greek-Style Yogurt, Salsa and Lettuce
And created my taco one step at a time!
So flippin’ delicious –
Blue corn chips on the side for munching –
And guac scooping
I’m relaxing with a glass of the good stuff now…then I’ve got a little more studying to do before I call it a night!

These look delish! I need to get back into yoga too. I always forget how rejuvenated I feel afterwards! Good luck studying and have a great rest of your weekend!
Exactly! That’s just what I always say about yoga – I don’t know why I ever get out of the routine of it because I always feel so good when I do it! And thank you – you too! 🙂
oh that’s totally my kind of dinner. those ramekins are gorgeous!!!!!!!! and we love red hot blues. are those the red hot ones?
They’re not – they’re actually just the regular blue corn chips, but I bet red hot blues are AMAZING. Definitely want to try them out!
