black bean sweet potato chili

7 · Feb 3, 2023 · Leave a Comment

this quick and easy vegetarian chili from What’s Gabby Cooking is a winter staple in our house.

This black bean sweet potato chili from What’s Gabby Cooking is a go-to in our house. It’s super comforting in the winter, but if I’m being honest, we make it year round. It’s so simple, doesn’t require a ton of ingredients and is so easy to make.

I definitely recommend topping it with plain greek yogurt or sour cream, plenty of cheese, cilantro and a squeeze of lime. And of course serving it with a good helping of tortilla chips (I don’t really even use a spoon, it’s nice and thick and easy to scoop up with a chip, so that’s more of less what I do!).
