3-ingredient smoothie bowl

3-ingredient smoothie bowl - refreshing, packed with fruit and comes together in less than 5 minutes!

I love a good smoothie bowl.

They’re quick, packed with flavor and super refreshing.  You can also customize them to be pretty much anything you want!  Want them a bit thicker?  Add some greek yogurt.  Need it to hold you over a little longer?  Throw some peanut butter in there.  You can even add veggies!

The key to the success of these smoothie bowls is to use frozen fruit.  It makes them thick and creamy like ice cream which adds to how refreshing these bowls are.

While they’re amazing just on their own, I always love to add different things (nut butters, leafy greens, different fruits) to keep them interesting.

I top mine off with granola (like this Super Cluster Peanut Butter Granola), nuts, seeds, coconut and fresh fruit!
