On The Bus

I’m off to my sister’s for the weekend – can’t wait to see this doofus:

I made a quick and easy dinner to pack up and take with me on the bus!

Tuna (made this way) packed in between 2 slices of Trader Joe’s 100% whole wheat sourdough bread with lettuce and spicy mustard!

Not a sandwich for the faint of heart!

Alongside I added a juicy pear:

Truth be told tuna is probably not the best food for a crowded space, but whatever. Β It tastes good!

    I had tuna for dinner too! And I’m keeping the windows open for a bit to air out so my roommate doesn’t come home and go “what did you eat for dinner?” πŸ˜‰
