It was another relaxing day so there’s not much to report…

Breakfast was a yogurt bowl –

{vanilla greek yogurt, kashi go lean crunch, strawberries and a peanut butter spoonful}

IMG 3986

{coffee with soymilk}

{santa candle}

lunch was a big old salad –

IMG 3997

{mixed greens, grape tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, walnuts, cranberries, carrots, onions and olive oil + vinegar}

{plus an apple}

Then I had a nice short run – 2 miles followed by a 1 mile cool-down walk.

And then I had dinner. ย Bad lighting caused a poor picture which just didn’t do it justice….but it was delicious!

I baked a salmon filet coated with dijon mustard and served it over steamed spinach with garlic potato wedges.

And of course, I have to end with a tree shot –

Mom and I are curled up on the couch watching a movie now. ย Perfect night!

    What a gorgeous tree! I can’t wait until this work week is over so I can go home and enjoy the decorations at my mom’s house too.
