I’ve been in the mood for pancakes lately which made me think it would be excellent to have a post that compiled my favorites all in one place!

Perfect post for a weekend morning, no? 

Coconut Flour Pancakes – sweet, hearty and absolutely delicious!

Multigrain Birthday Cake Pancakes – a great thing for kids and adults alike…makes the morning of a special day feel even more special!

Gluten-Free Banana Bread Pancakes – so simple and so delicious plus it’s paleo-friendly!

Pumpkin Pancakes – In addition to banana, pumpkin also makes a delicious add-in for pancakes.

A Good For You Healthy Pancake – this recipe uses Greek yogurt making it super fluffy and light!
