DAILY MEAL PLAN:

Breakfast: 4-ingredient pecan apple crisp parfait

Product suggestions:

  • Yogurt: Fage, Trader Joe’s, Siggi’s, Chobani
  • Pecans: Bulk bins, Trader Joe’s
  • Cinnamon Grahams: Annie’s, Trader Joe’s

Lunch: Roasted Harvest Vegetable Farro & Feta Bowl

Product suggestions:

  • Farro: Trader Joe’s, bulk bins
  • Dried Cranberries: Trader Joe’s, bulk bins
  • Feta cheese: Athenos

Snack: Plain greek yogurt with a crumbled fruit and nut bar

Product suggestions:

  • Yogurt: Fage, Trader Joe’s, Siggi’s, Chobani
  • Fruit & Nut Bar: Kind, Larabar, 88 Acres

Dinner: Whole Wheat Baked Pumpkin Mac & Cheese with Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Product suggestions:

  • Pasta: Trader Joe’s 100% Whole Wheat Penne, Barilla, DeLallo
  • Pumpkin: Libby’s or Trader Joe’s
