easy tropical smoothie

This post is sponsored by Swell Ice Cream.  All opinions contained within are my own.  As always, thank you for allowing me to partner with brands I love to bring you wholesome, balanced recipes!

I’ve mentioned this before, but it’s super important to me that I get Owen involved in the kitchen.  I want him to feel like it’s a comfortable and familiar spot for him.  It’s certainly never a dull (or clean!) process when he joins in, but I love watching him learn and soak it all up.  Making these tropical smoothies with him was no exception but seeing him take part in it all made it all worth it!
