For lunch today I dug into a recipe I worked on for an upcoming freelance article – and boy was it good!
This was a chicken sausage, pepper and mushroom pizza on a 100% whole wheat thin crust pizza.
Super easy to make and super healthy.
What more can you really ask for!?
3 slices did the trick for me and the rest is wrapped up to be used for another meal!
