this easy turkey sandwich is full of flavor, whole grains, heart-healthy fat, protein and fiber! it comes together in just about 5 minutes and makes a great packed lunch!

This easy turkey sandwich is my absolute favorite and makes for a great packed lunch! You can of course use whatever type of bread you like (sandwich bread, gluten-free bread, etc.) but I think putting it on a fluffy whole wheat bagel makes it all the better! I never look so forward to a packed lunch as I do when I make this!

I’m not the biggest meat eater, but when I do eat meat, Boar’s Head lower sodium turkey is one of my go-tos. I abstained from deli meats while pregnant and I kid you not, my very first meal after giving birth was a good old turkey & cheese sandwich!

I even made you a little video so you can see just how easy it is to pull together!
