a downloadable guide you can print out & hang on your refrigerator for daily meal building inspiration!

I created this fun little visual guide in the hopes that when you’re feeling out of ideas for main meals, this can help you create one that’s quick and easy!

The idea is to pick one from each column to create a nourishing, everyday mains, but you can customize it in whatever way makes sense for you and your needs. This is just to get the creative juices going when you’re feeling short on inspiration.

While you don’t always need to include something fun, I encourage you to do so when you’re feeling like it! If you’ve looked at my Four Factors handout, then you know that I believe including a fun element to your meals helps build a more positive relationship with food and remove feelings of guilt you might associate with certain foods. The fun element could be anything from dried fruit to crunchy carrots, a soft baked cookie or cupcake. Whatever you’re feeling in the moment! The idea is that you’re getting a wide range of nutrients from every other column, so this element can be chosen based solely on your tastebuds and cravings!
