one down, two to go

0 · Dec 5, 2012 · 10 Comments

Aaaand two finals left to go!

I was up super early this morning to make it to school in time for my 8am exam so I just filled my empty peanut butter jar with some vanilla chobani, sliced strawberries, a small spoonful of sunflower seed butter and granola.

With a big old travel mug of coffee to sip alongside of course

My exam went well I think!  I definitely felt like I knew the majority of it which is more than I can say will probably be the case for my accounting final next week …but let’s save that til later!  For right now I’m just going to be happy that I’m one final closer to winter break!

I finished up a couple more things on campus and then headed home for lunch!

I couldn’t resist the leftover pizza from last night…it was just staring at me when I opened the fridge!

I added a fancy salad on the side –

I threw some mixed greens, walnut halves, dried cranberries and another amazing Harry & David pear into the mix!

I topped it with balsamic vinaigrette and dug in.

It was perfect.

Now I’m off to get in a walk and catch up on the yoga that I missed so much yesterday.  Until dinner time….
