Another delicious meal thanks to Stonefire!

And in the words of Rachael Ray:

She took the words right out of my mouth. Β It’s absolutely true. Β

Also absolutely true?

Egg + avocado is a match made in heaven.

IMG 8733

I hard boiled two eggs, mashed them with my fork then stuffed the whole wheat pita full with them, 1/4 avocado and salt.

So simple yet so delicious.

I finished it off with an orange:

There was a definite lack of veggies on my plate…I’ll have to make a point of making up for that at dinner!

Haha – I’m with you – I don’t know if anything can top the naan pizza. But yes – definitely give the egg/avocado combo a try sometime, they’re really good together πŸ™‚

120 in 1/2 a pita (so about the same as one slice of whole wheat bread) and yes! Whole wheat πŸ™‚

Oh I wish you had had some…it’s such a great combo! Though you can’t ever really go wrong with hard boiled eggs by themselves!
