I topped my waffle with sunflower seed butter afterwards and let me tell you – pumpkin + sunflower seed butter flavors = a match made in heaven.

Off to watch Gilmore and relax a little more before getting this day started!  Happy Tuesday everyone!

Those waffles look so perfect! I don’t know why I don’t open the cans of pumpkin in the pantry outside of the winter/fall months. I hoard them for this exact reason and then don’t open them, go figure!

Haha I know that’s my exact tendency today! I debated it with my sister forever feeling like I shouldn’t do it because it wasn’t Fall. I need to make this more of a habit!

Dear Cait, you seem to be experiencing some seasonal confusion. Maybe it’s some unusual form of jet lag related to all your travelling lately. It’s OK, though, because those waffles look DE-LICIOUS.

PS, I would gladly accept a waffle delivery. Why doesn’t someone do that? Coffee + breakfast delivered to my office… I’d order all the time.

Those waffles look delicious! Yum! I actually prefer pumpkin in the spring…maybe because it’s less popular of an option at restaurants or food recipes and so I tend to crave it more!

I agree! Plus it’s just too good to confine to one season if you ask me! 😉
