Excited to continue this Lunchbox series for post #2!
I know how easy it is to feel completely out of ideas and in a lunch rut when it comes to packing a daily lunch, so to combat that, I’ve started this Lunchbox Series where I’ll feature dietitian-approved packed lunches that hopefully give you a little inspiration for your next packed lunch!
In each lunchbox lunch, I’ll aim to include a whole grain, lean protein (including dairy), healthy fat, fruit and/or vegetable. Exactly the same way I structure my meals in the Daily Meal Plan series.
Today’s Lunchbox: Brown rice vegetable sushi roll, edamame and a sliced orange
