these white chocolate cranberry cookies are a must for my family during the holiday season. made with just 12 ingredients and done in about 10 minutes, they’re as delicious as they are easy to make!
These are another cookie that we never go a Christmas without making.Β Thereβs something about the chewy oatmeal combined with the sweet cranberries and the more mild white chocolate that just makes for the best flavor combination.
Some years we add pistachio so you really get the full round of holiday colors in one cookie.Β This year I kept it simple with just the cranberries and white chocolate chips (I figured I could turn to the baklava to satisfy my nut craving π )
Definitely worth a spot on your cookie table during the holidays (or in a tin to give as a gift!).
