Refresher

0 · Jun 3, 2012 · 8 Comments

Good morning!

Actually I guess it’s nearly afternoon, but we’re still happily enjoying our morning routine thanks to a nice lazy start to the day.

After our big meal last night it took a while for our appetites to rise so we watched a little Everest: Beyond the Limits in bed before finally getting up to make something to eat.

I decided to match my breakfast to the gorgeous pale blue skies outside –

And I kept it super simple –

Strawberry Greek Yogurt (Harris Teeter brand on sale 4/$5!)

Chia seeds

Sliced strawberries

Cville Cluster Granola

It completely hit the spot and felt like a total refresher for my body after all the eating last night

On the side a mug of hot coffee with soymilk:

And in front of us for the day a big list of to-dos including some shopping and running!

Happy Sunday everyone!

Looks so perfect. I love all the colors and the food looks great. I typically work on Saturday mornings and have church on Sundays so I never get to enjoy a cozy weekend routine. Hopefully I’ll stop working on Saturdays here soon so that I can enjoy the perks of good food and coffee. 🙂
