5 easy outfits ideas for your week ahead using just 12 pieces and 5 accessories.
Happy weekend friends! I’ve pulled together another 5 outfit ideas for the week ahead using just x pieces and x accessories.
MONDAY: jean shorts, tee and cozy cardigan
I got this Madewell cardigan as part of the Nordstrom Anniversary sale last year and it must’ve been popular because I noticed they brought it back this year! I can understand why, it’s so soft and cozy making it perfect for late summer and into winter.
TUESDAY: jean shorts, lightweight cami, long cardigan, booties & floppy hat
I love this outfit as a transition into Fall outfit. I know we’re still a little ways away from that but I can’t stop my excitement for Fall! Truthfully, summer used to be one of my favorite seasons, but since moving from the Northeast down south, I find myself just waiting for it to be over because it’s so hot. The booties I’m wearing are from last year’s Nordstrom anniversary sale and now sold out, so I linked a bunch of other options below.
WEDNESDAY: Ripped jeans, faux leather jacket and striped tee with sneakers (toddler on your hip optional 😉 )
Owen woke up from nap (if you couldn’t tell from his bedhead!) and came running in so he got to be a part of this picture! These BlankNYC jeans are one of my absolute favorites. I’ve had them for years but they’re sold out right now so I’ve linked another option below as well.
THURSDAY: Striped long sleeved tee, jean shorts, floppy hat and sandals
I love this outfit cause it works really well for end of summer / early Fall. This shirt is currently sold out so I linked another option. There’s nothing like a good striped long sleeved tee – it works with so many different outfits making it a great wardrobe staple.
FRIDAY: white jeans, white tank, hooded jean jacket
Just an all-around comfortable outfit. I love a monochrome outfit but I also like how this jean jacket breaks up the all white. These jeans are almost like leggings, they’re super easy to move in and are such a comfortable fit.

I LOVE the jean jacket! How would you say it fits? Does it run true to size? I struggle to find jackets that fit nicely that don’t either look too short on my arms or like I am playing dress-up in my mom’s jacket!!!

I would say it fits true to size. It’s fitted without being overly boxy or super tight – really comfortable! Full disclosure, I got mine several years ago so I’m not sure if they’ve updated/changed the fit. I also have and love this one and feel the same, like it fits well and true to size 🙂
