DAILY MEAL PLAN:
Breakfast: Whole grain cereal with milk and grapes on the side
Product suggestions:
Lunch: Cheese and veggie 2 egg scramble with whole wheat toast and an orange
Product suggestions:
- Toast: Pepperidge Farms 100% Whole Wheat, Vermont Bread Company Whole Wheat Sourdough or Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Tuscan Pane
- Cheese: Sargento, Cabot’s
Snack: 1/2 a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat
Product suggestions:
- Bread: Pepperidge Farms 100% Whole Wheat, Vermont Bread Company Whole Wheat Sourdough or Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Tuscan Pane
- Peanut Butter: Trader Joe’s Creamy Unsalted, Crazy Richard’s
- Fruit Preserve: Trader Joe’s Raspberry Fruit Preserve, Polaner Fruit Preserves
Dinner: Whole wheat cheese tortellini with homemade spinach & walnut pesto and steamed broccoli
