guess what!?

Ollie and I are all dressed up in our celebration best today because we have some big news (or at least we think!) to share with you all!

This news has been incredibly hard to keep from you all and something that I’ve known about since the very beginning of 2017 (side note: who else cannot believe that we’re already halfway through this year?!)

I’ve been working hard to continue to grow the blog and make it more of a priority, but there’s one other thing I’ve been growing in addition…

Surprise!

My husband and I found out that we’ll be adding another member to our family this Fall and we couldn’t be more excited.

Ollie is over the moon to have a sibling coming soon and has been taking very good care of me since we told him:

Along of course with my wonderful husband.  The 3 of us are all incredibly excited to become a family of 4 (despite Ollie’s less than enthused face in the photo below!)

My pregnancy has been fairly smooth so far (fingers crossed that continues!) so I don’t have any harrowing stories of surviving morning sickness, overcoming insatiable appetite or severe food aversions to share with you… but it has made me realize how many questions come up when you’re pregnant.  Can I eat that?  What are the pregnancy ‘rules’ worth listening to and what can I ignore?  Can I exercise?  How much?  Where can I find cute maternity clothes?  The list goes on and on!   I’ll be sharing my journey with you all right here and I hope in doing so I can provide comfort and maybe even some answers for all you expectant mothers out there!
