Good morning!

Happy MondayΒ

I hope everyone had wonderful Mother’s Day Weekends!

If you’re just catching up, you can read about mine here:

Happy Campers

After our delicious dinner and dessert last night, I started my day out with a light and healthy breakfast!

IMG 8519

I ordered “The Healthy Start” breakfast which came with natural yogurt, mixed berries, house-made granola and french-pressed coffee.

This granola was absolutely incredible.

It had a little bit of everything in it from oats to peanuts to dried pineapple, bananas and cranberries. Β I definitely want to try to recreate it at home.

The berries were delicious as well. Β

Super fresh and perfectly ripe. Β Love that the plate came with two mini banana muffins as well!

I also ordered a fruit plate not realizing how big this bowl of yogurt would be…

And two more muffins came with the plate!

Plus an assortment of mini spreads:

Love these little things πŸ™‚

A great start to a Monday!

It’s looking a little overcast out there right now which means it may be an inside day.

Good thing Chad and I spent so much time in the ocean on day one because we might not get another day out there!

I could use a little granola in my life. Well, I could really use a little ocean, but I’ll settle for granola for now. πŸ˜‰
