this easy salmon dish is all about the sauce! load it up on everything and enjoy!
I’ve always shied away from cooking salmon at home. I never can cook it as well as restaurants so I save it as my go-to when we’re eating out.
But recently I discovered pan-searing and it’s taken my at-home salmon game to a whole new level. It’s super easy and it comes out perfectly every time! That takes care of the salmon…
…which leaves, the sauce.
This sauce you guys.
I want to take a bath in it. It’s everything you love about tzatziki sauce with a little green kick!
It’s light, refreshing and FULL of flavor.
It pairs perfectly with salmon, grains and veggies so go ahead and slather it on everything. You won’t regret it!
