Cinnamon Multigrain Pancakes

Cinnamon Multigrain Pancakes were on tap for brunch today.

And thanks to Trader Joe’s Multigrain Baking & Pancake Mix, they were an absolute breeze!

I prepared the batter according to the box:

  • 2 cups of Trader Joe’s Multigrain Baking & Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 large eggs

Then I added a heaping tsp. of cinnamon right into the mix and it made all the difference.

I served my stack with Trader Joe’s natural creamy peanut butter, freshly sliced strawberries and syrup.

So delicious.

I was pleased to find that the cinnamon flavor managed to still come through even despite the peanut butter and strawberries addition.

It might seem like a strange combo of flavors, but just trust me.

It worked.

Really well.

Not to mention how deliciously fluffy and soft this mix made the pancakes.

It was like cutting into a piece of cake.

It’s time for a little HGTV while I drink my coffee and catch up on blogs!  Even though all I really want to do is re-watch Dirty Dancing over and over again!
