I’m Caitlyn (or Cait!). I’m a weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian and mom of 2.
I believe all bodies are good bodies and that everyone deserves access to fair, quality care and treatment in all aspects of their day to day life. I’m a firm believer that everyone has the right to move & fuel their bodies in any way that best supports their own physical & mental well-being.
I’m passionate about exposing the harms of the diet culture and helping guide those looking to break free from it.
And finally, I love a delicious meal, but don’t often have the time or energy to cook anything too elaborate, so I like to share recipes that (mostly!) come together quickly or can be prepped in advance…juuust in case you’re in the same boat!
