good morning!

Picnik collage

I’m a little bleary-eyed today but I’m pushing through because it’s FRIDAY!

Madeleine was up and rearing to go by 6:30 this morning so I figured I might as well enjoy a delicious breakfast if I was to be up at such an ungodly hour…

My no-meat/no-dairy fast is OFFICIALLY over on Sunday so I polished off the last of my Trader Joe’s Vanilla Soy Yogurt for breakfast this morning in anticipation of stocking up on REAL GREEK YOGURT after this!

I took a HUUUUUGE mason jar mug and filled it with the last of my yogurt + chia seeds.

Then I topped that with strawberries

Trader Joe’s Trek Mix Granola

And MaraNatha Sunflower Seed Butter

Coffee is now brewing…THANK GOODNESS!

Happy Friday everyone!

PS – Is it sad that I had to read blogs in order to figure out it was Friday the 13th?? Β It’s been a long week….

I’m so excited that you get to eat Greek yogurt again soon! I couldn’t live without it. Coffee in the morning is a MUST.

I didn’t know it was Friday the 13th until I looked at facebook and saw people posting about it. Kind of the same thing.

Also, I love that pretty spoon you used with your breakfast!

I love that huge mason jar. I’m avoiding dairy this week, too! Trying to undo some holiday indulgences, hehe. I miss it, though. πŸ™

Honestly not all that different surprisingly! I don’t eat a ton on a normal basis so maybe that’s why it doesn’t feel like such a huge change?
