december.

So guys.

It’s December!!!

I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve had to sit down and address it on the blog.

Our tree is up. ย Holiday movies/TV shows are being watched and Christmas music has been played.

I honestly don’t know how it’s already December, but I’ll take it!

I’m 3 finals away from the end of my semester and I couldn’t be more excited for the break.

Let me tell you something…grad school is NOT college. ย Where I found myself wishing college would last forever, with grad school I just feel ready to make what I’m studying my career already!

Despite that though, I’m trying to make sure I remember to appreciate the experience, because unless I go back for my doctorate, I’ll never be in this situation again.

Anyway, given that I’m just 3 finals away from the end of the semester and will be facing a good amount of time off, I decided it would be a good time to try to get back to blogging my meals.

A part of me really misses it! ย It motivated me to get creative in the kitchen and I could go for a little of that motivation again.

So with that, let’s get this December challenge started with a festively delicious breakfast –

Into the bowl went:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Chobani
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Crazy Richard’s chunky peanut butter (my latest obsession)
  • Granola

And of course a hot mug of coffee on the side…

A perfect way to kick off my day full of studying!!

I LOVE that bowl! SO cute! And seriously, that peanut butter looks like a small scoop of peanut butter ice cream. A girl can dream, right? ๐Ÿ™‚

I missed your posts! I know what you mean about break, I CANNOT wait! I’m one of those weirdos in college that does not want to stay here forever. I can’t wait to graduate, either. ๐Ÿ™‚
