Another fabulous day in the books!
I love the SELF Challenge (now called “Drop 10”) workouts because they’re easy, achievable and don’t take tons of time and equipment to accomplish.
I think this year’s strength workouts are my favorite ones yet!
After I finished toning, my sister and I got ourselves lathered up in sunscreen and headed out to the pool. We both got a little more sun than we were hoping to yesterday so we only did an hour or so outside today so as not to overdo it.
After that we were up and out the door for a little walk (cardio!)
I definitely think Clara felt the most tuckered out of all of us:
She was panting like a maniac by the end!
Post walk I was less tuckered out and more just plain hungry.
An apple and peanut butter did the trick and held me over until dinner…for which ALL I wanted was veggies…
A big salad to cure that craving!
Into the bowl went:
- Mixed greens
- Baby carrots
- Battered Shrimp
And some refreshing citrus for dessert:
Can’t believe tomorrow is already Monday. Where did the weekend go?!
