I’m sure it comes as no surprise to learn of my obsession with the peanut butter/peach flavor combination. I get some strange looks and doubtful remarks when I push this particular combo, but I’m telling you, you can’t knock it until you try it.
And I highly recommend taking advantage of it while peaches are in season. There’s nothing better than a juicy, flavorful peach to bring out the best of this unique flavor combination.
Made even better with a light drizzle of honey.
The honey brings out the sweetness in not only the peach and the granola but helps offset the bit of tang from the plain greek yogurt.
Overall, there’s a lot to love about this dish. It’s providing a hefty bought of protein from the greek yogurt and the peanut butter granola (which is also providing whole grains thanks to the oats!), fruit from the peach and a little bit of fat from the peanuts.
A well balanced meal that comes together in minutes!
Ingredients
- 6 oz plain greek or skyr yogurt
- 1 peach, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup super cluster peanut butter granola (or favorite store-bought granola)
- Optional: drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Place yogurt in a bowl
- Layer on granola
- Top with peach and a drizzle of honey for a hint of sweetness

I’ve been following you on IG for years, and this has to be my favorite recipe that you’ve shared. It’s such an oldie of yours but I LOVE IT. I love learning from your simplicity..while providing me with nutrition and satiety! It’s even better with a dalop of peanut butter/sunflower seed butter (as I learned from you!)
