say hello to your new favorite easy appetizer. using just a handful of ingredients, it comes together in minutes and can easily please a crowd!
So, I honestly can’t believe it’s taken me this long to do a loaded hummus. It’s a total no brainer seeing as I combine nearly all these things in my easy greek salad sandwich already!
And who doesn’t love a good pita chip for dipping?!
I was thinking of this as an appetizer, but I honestly ended up eating it for lunch and it was just as good for that!
The flavors are absolutely perfect – it’s like eating a little greek salad with each scoop, so what can be bad about that, right?
I’m not a fan of olives, but if you are, feel free to throw them on there! Truly anything goes with this dip, which is one of the best parts about it (aside from how darn pretty it is!).
I finished it all off with a little drizzle of olive oil, red wine vinegar (would also be great with balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze!) and some ground black pepper.
Served up with pita chips and it was delicious! Perfect if you’re looking for a simple appetizer for any cookout celebrations you may be having this weekend!
