I don’t know about you guys, but for me September has always signified the start of a new year; much more for me than January. Maybe it’s because I was in school for 26 years of my life – ha!
Anyway, all of this is a long way of saying, now that it’s officially September (and because you guys were interested in my last Weekly Eats & Fitness posts) – I’m going to make an effort to do a Weekly Eats & Workouts post each Sunday where I share what I ate and the workouts I did that week. I know a lot of you said you like seeing it on my Instagram stories but with Owen being more active, I find myself forgetting to post there (despite always taking the picture!) so hopefully this will fill in the gaps!

It’s a program by Kayla Itsines – this article does a pretty good job of explaining it!

Your weekly eats round up help me so much! I’ve never seen someone eat so “normally” for lack of a better term! It’s so refreshing and it makes me feel like I’m doing pretty good at balanced eating! Thank you so much for all the work you put into your website. I’ve been an avid reader for years!

What an awesome combo of a crumbled muffin over yogurt! I’ll have to give that a try. Thanks for posting some inspiration. Also, we had the sausage with peppers pasta dish and it was a hit!
