style: a week’s worth of easy outfits

0 · Jul 27, 2019 ·

a work week’s worth of easy outfit ideas using just 10 pieces and 5 accessories.

MONDAY: black jumpsuit, sandals, sunglasses & tote

I just got this easy black jumpsuit from Old Navy and it’s the best. Breezy, lightweight and so comfortable. You can pair it with a cardigan, a jean jacket, blazer or just wear it as is. Also, my favorite Gala sandals and Madewell tote are both currently on sale so if you’ve been eyeing them, now just might be the time to buy!

TUESDAY: lightweight tank top, jeans, lightweight cardigan and slip-on sneakers

Ummm, first of all, this is making me want to chop all my hair off! It’s tucked into my cardigan but now I’m kind of into it! Haha. Second of all, this tank top is another Old Navy steal that I grabbed – it’s light & easy and can be worn as is or layered to transition into cooler months. I have it tucked in, but it’s a pretty good length.

WEDNESDAY: ankle length jeans, bodysuit tee and a lightweight jacket with sandals

I love this type of outfit in the summer because I feel like it’s always hot when you’re outside but air conditioned everywhere inside. So you’re constantly hot then cold. I would often bring a cardigan or lightweight jacket with me to work in the summer because of that exact reason!

THURSDAY: destroyed jeans, cotton tee and sandals

I’m so in love with these Madewell whisper cotton tees (currently on sale with an extra 40% off with code VERYRARE!). I have them in a bunch of different colors. They fit well, I’ve washed & dried them and they’ve kept their shape/size (maybe a little shrinkage goes on but since I went one size up it actually worked out well) and they’re lightweight which makes them perfect for summer and layering once cooler weather hits. I’m wearing a size M and am 5’9.”

FRIDAY: cozy sweatshirt and comfortable jeans with sneakers

I don’t know about your offices but ours were all about casual Friday. There’s really something to be said about how feeling comfortable in your clothes can help make you so much more productive. I snagged this super soft sweatshirt along with my other Old Navy items and I absolutely love it. The inside feels like velvet it’s so soft. I sized up 2 sizes for an oversized fit.
